We keep the data only during the presentation making period and thereafter until our disk space allows. It is advisable that you take the copy of your raw data, shoot, images etc immediately after completion of the project. However in case you think there shall be frequent change expected in project then you can request us to keep the data for longer period. Keeping data for longer period may be chargeable and you can discuss with your account manager for same. Please note after project completion your data may be deleted permanently without informing you until you give us instruction specifically to keep data for future as per terms explained above.
